Today Alex and I will be venturing down the Chao Phraya River to visit some of the most popular attractions in Bangkok including Wat Pho, the Grand Palace and Khao San Road.
Alex loves shopping…much more than me. Just as well we are in Bangkok, shopping mecha. So, Alex will be thrilled to know that our first stop in Bangkok is to the sprawling Chatuchak Weekend Market.
Given it is a Sunday, and it is a weekend only market, if we don’t go today, we don’t go.
So now we just need to work out how to get to this market… “Fear not Alex, I have a plan.” Continue reading
“Hurry up Alex, the limo guy will be here soon.”

Alex and I have planned and booked a fantastic two week holiday in Thailand.

Alex and I have been holidaying in Tasmania. Today we are heading from Hobart to the west coast township of Strahan Tasmania.

It is a Monday morning and Alex and I wake up remembering we don’t have to go to work today.
Alex and I are in the city of Hobart, which is located in the south east region of Australia’s most southern state of Tasmania, Australia.
Yesterday Alex and I visited historic Port Arthur, Richmond and Wrest Point Casino.
The plan for today is to take a stroll around Hobart (which is literally possible) before we head up to Mount Wellington to enjoy its stunning views over Hobart from its summit.
